Employee Promotion: Roxanne Gallardo 2006-10-12 
Roxanne Gallardo, manager of Canyon Club in Oceanside, California, was recently
promoted to a new position: Northern San Diego Regional Manager.
Roxanne joined the Wasatch family in 2001 as a leasing agent at Canyon Club and has worked her way up through positions including financial manager and property manager at Canyon Club and Shadow Way. Her new promotion makes Roxanne responsible for overseeing nearly 500 units at these Oceanside communities. “I made Shadow Way my home and loved the residents and staff there. Now I’ve wrapped my arms around Canyon Club and made it my home,” she said. “Being a regional manager means looking at the numbers in more detail, making sure the property is meeting goals and thinking of ideas to improve the communities performance, which I'm still learning." When she’s not making sure the residents and her Wasatch teammates are happy, Roxanne enjoys spending time with her husband of 13 years, Ismael, a United States Marine, and their two children, Ismael, Jr., 12, and Tameka, 8. “My family is my hobby,” said the devoted soccer mom. “Whatever my kids get involved in, I get involved in.” A Notary Public, Roxanne is interested in earning her real estate license so she can learn more about marketing Wasatch properties. She would also like to enhance the company’s reputation with additional professional endorsements such as property management certification. |
